Q1: Why do I need use this PADFLASH since I already have others chip tuning tools?
A1: No any tuner can use one tool cover all protocols. For example, even though you have tool which includes pcr2.1, you cant read it in real test. But another tool also have pcr2.1, you will get it works on others tool, that's why we need a lot of tools.
