Description:
Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Servo Module A80 ISM Direct Select DSM Test Bench.
Mercedes Benz A80 ISM Direct Select Test Bench is used to perform bench test of the Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Servo Module A80 on bench. Its simulator is able to driver the motor and the mechanism structure inside the A80 module. Its OBD port is able to diagnose and detect fault code of the lSM module.
Operation Instructions:
1. For testing the old type FBS3 lSM, before performing bench test, need to erase the lSM module IMMO data (you can erase by using VVDI MB Tool or CGDI MB.); then reset the data variation code by using diagnostic device.
2. For testing the FBS4 ISM, such as 218,166, 222, 205 ISM module, need to use Extension Cables. Connect the EIS (EIS, Car Keys, lSM module should come from the same car) and then turn on the key.
Notice:
Extension Cables has Ignition Lock connector, TCU Connector, Cluster Connector. Modules connected to the extension cable can not communicate with diagnostic device, so you can not diagnose the TCM, EIS, Cluster with the test bench OBD2 port.
