1. Injector Testing/Cleaning

Support injector nozzle signal analogue output, injector nozzle signal acquisition, injector nozzle cleaning, analysis of parameters to draw waveform signals.

Step1: Turn off the vehicle engine.

2. Leakage Test 

Detects current magnitude and real-time current, plots current waveforms. Current waveforms can be recorded and saved.

 

3. Relay Testing

Supports 5-terminal relay or 4-terminal relay detection easy, convenient and fast.

and use the TopDiag P181 Wire Finder to follow the wire from the tip of the probe to find the location of the breakpoint.

 

8. Nozzle Detection:

Support analog output nozzle signal, support nozzle singal signal acquisition and analysis of its parameters, draw its signal waveform fuel injector cleaning.

Fuel Injector Cleaning Instructions:

 

1. Turn off the vehicle's engine.

2. Connect the BLACK color clip to the negative terminal of the battery and the RED color clip to the positive terminal of the battery.

3. Unplug the connector from the fuel injector, connect the probe auxiliary ground lead to the negative side of the injector, positive side of the injector.

4. After enter into the injector test function, select the test mode.

5. Press "OK" button to trigger the test.

6. Check the injector spraying status to diagnose the condition.
